Before you book

The listing contradicts itself on transport: its description starts with a Hanoi hotel pick-up, but the exclusions list the Old Quarter shuttle. Confirm with the seller before booking.
Boarding is at the Ha Long International Cruise Port (listed as Sunworld International Harbor). One April 2026 guest sailed at about 12:30 and was back by 10:30: about 22 hours aboard.
Not included: drinks, tips, the single-room fee (solo travellers are not paired with others) and surcharges at Lunar New Year, Christmas, New Year and national holidays.
Not suitable for people over 95. Bring your passport: overnight boats register foreign guests, as hotels do, so have the details ready when you book.
Storms can close the bay at short notice, mostly June to September. Free cancellation ends 24 hours before departure, so ask the seller before you book whether a closure gets you a new date or a refund.
