Before you book

'All Inclusive' here covers meals, activities, fees and taxes. Drinks, tips and personal expenses are extra, a single room costs $70 a night more, and public holidays carry a surcharge.
The Hanoi Old Quarter limousine (pick-up 07:45-08:15, back about 15:00-15:30) is included only in the Super-Saver option; with Cruise-Only it costs $30 a person.
Board at 11:45 at the Ha Long International Cruise Port, 9 Halong Road, Bai Chay, by tender. You land at 11:00-11:30 next day, about 23 hours later. Swims depend on the season, weather and rules.
Send each guest's full name, gender, nationality, date of birth, passport number and arrival date in Vietnam (or visa expiry) at least two days ahead; the booking and card names must match.
Storms can close the bay at short notice, mostly June to September. Free cancellation ends 24 hours before departure, so ask the seller before you book whether a closure gets you a new date or a refund.

Good to Know

All activities are included, participation is optional. Guests may choose to relax and enjoy the scenery on board.
Guests must provide the passport information of all members at least 02 days before arrival: Full name - Gender - Nationality - Date of birth - Passport number - Arrival date in Vietnam (or Visa expiration date). Booking's name and credit card's name need to be same.
Wi-Fi is available on board but the signal is weak and unstable due to geographic issues.
Round-trip shuttle bus transportation from & to Hanoi Old Quarter; Airport transfer service are available at the additional charge. Please inform our cruise office in advance of your hotel location or flight details for arrangement.
An additional charge will be applied for extra person, room upgrade, beverages and other requests (late boarding, early disembarkation,...)
